Hi Jordan! 🧪 I'm here to help with anything R&D — ingredient functionality, substitutions, regulatory questions, flavor systems, troubleshooting formulas, you name it. What are we working on today?
What did you experience?
Describe it normally. You do not need to identify the cause first.
Build a Product-Specific Flavor Map
Lab Tech can draft the map from the formula and project. The scientist confirms and edits what was actually tasted.
